Behind the Scenes of Dental Operations
Think of me as the conductor of a very busy dental orchestra: I line up the logistics, guide the team, calm the chaos, and make sure the whole system works in rhythm and on time. From coordinating daily routes for clinical teams and juggling schedules across scores of PACE centers, I make sure every provider has the right people, tools, and plans to deliver seamless care.
Expanded market from 2 sites to 20 PACE locations and an Assisted Living program, managing operations across nursing centers and private homes throughout Los Angeles, Inland Empire, Orange County, and San Diego.
Surpassed utilization goals, exceeding targets by 5% in 2024 and up to 15% in 2025 while maintaining high-quality service.
De-escalated 47 out of 53 complaints over 2 years from a census of 5,000 patients (1.06% grievance rate with an 89% resolution rate).

How It
All Started
I began my career as a dentist in Mexico, running a private practice where I handled everything from restorative and surgical care to patient-education and day-to-day operations. It was a crash-course in both clinical skill and real-world problem solving. This experience taught me how to create a calm, clear, and supportive experience for every patient. Advanced training at USC helped shape the foundation of the clinical and operational leadership I bring to my work today.
Outside the Office
Passionate about dog rescue, I spend weekends discovering lively towns where my pups can run free and play. I also embrace the thrill of Latin dancing—a world of rhythm, passion, and pure joy!
